It is suitable for producing the same section and the higher length of casting products, such as iron, steel, copper, lead, magnesium. The crystallizer is the heart of the continuous casting machines. The metal casting crystallizer is usually made from the graphite materials with the excellent thermal conductivity and higher strength.

Huaming graphite crystallizer is made from high purity graphite, and can meet the horizontal continuous casting of all non-ferrous metals. The formed material is including the square, oblong, round, flat, tube, and various deformed section shape and has the characteristic of higher dimensional accuracy, and long working life.
